Welcome to AwesomeHeadshot.pro (the "Service"), operated by a sole trader based in Colchester, UK. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website and AI-powered headshot generation service.

By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and confirm you are 16 or older. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By signing up, you confirm you meet this requirement.

2. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You agree to:

• Provide accurate information (name, email, gender, password).
• Keep your credentials confidential.
• Notify us of any unauthorized access at support@awesomeheadshot.pro.

3. Service Description

The Service allows you to upload selfies, generate up to 30 AI headshot options using Replicate, and download up to 10 after payment. Results depend on input quality and AI models; we do not guarantee specific outcomes.

4. Payments and Refunds

• Payments: Processed securely via Stripe as a one-time fee per generation.
• Refunds: You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if dissatisfied after one additional AI training attempt, provided no headshots have been downloaded. Contact support@awesomeheadshot.pro. We reserve the right to deny refunds for abuse or non-compliance.
• We may change pricing at any time.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of uploaded selfies but grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process them for headshot generation. You warrant that your content:

• Does not infringe third-party rights (e.g., copyrights).
• Is not illegal, harmful, or offensive.

We may remove content violating these Terms.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for illegal or fraudulent purposes.
• Upload harmful, offensive, or copyrighted material without permission.
• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Service.
• Use generated headshots for deceptive or unlawful purposes.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including AI models and generated outputs (except your downloaded headshots), is our property or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, or distribute it without permission.

8. Marketing Communications

By opting in during signup, you agree to receive promotional emails about new features or offers. You can unsubscribe anytime via email links or by contacting support@awesomeheadshot.pro.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is." We do not warrant it will be error-free, secure, or meet your expectations. AI-generated headshots are for personal use; we disclaim liability for misuse.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., loss of data, profits) arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for violating these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, and we may delete your data (per our Privacy Policy).

12. Governing Law
